HOW TO ORDER A WEBSITE
01. Read the Terms of Service (TOS). By ordering a website from me, you agree that you've read and accepted the TOS.02. Fill out the Order Form. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me!03. Pay for your order upfront. Work on your order will begin once the payment has been received.04. Be open to communication and respond in a timely manner throughout the design process to ensure your content is properly included.05. Once you are happy with the final version, I will transfer the Carrd account to you. This requires an email not already signed up to Carrd.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Service Provided
I agree to provide design services as outlined in the project proposal provided to the client. I reserve the right to accept or decline an order, and to adjust pricing in the future.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide all necessary materials and information required for the completion of the website, including but not limited to text, images, and branding guidelines. Unless removal of my credit is paid for, you agree to keep it on your website.
PAYMENTS
Payment must be made upfront through Venmo, PayPal, Ko-fi or another agreed upon payment provider.
REVISIONS
3 major design revisions are allowed.
TIMELINE
Work on your website will start once the full payment has been received. Turnaround time can be as fast as 2 days, but generally it will be done in 1-2 weeks. I will communicate if there are any delays.
OWNERSHIP
Upon full payment and website completion, ownership of the website will transfer to the client. However, the client may not resell the website design. I retain the right to showcase the website on my portfolios.
REFUNDS
A full refund can be provided if work on the website has not started. If I have already started on your website, there will be no refunds.
